So, Michelle starts her new job tomorrow.  Got her some new clothes and even a slick new pair of spectacles.  Great . . . except that she had to actually leave her old job in order to take this new one.  Friday was her last day, and though she’s had some difficulties with a below average corporate culture, she really values the people she worked with, and had an excellent team that reported to her.  So as she was leaving for the last time, at least two of her reportees actually wept.  Balled their heads off.  What an incredible compliment!

I’m proud of her, indeed.
